The space is perfectly distributed and fully equipped, you will have all the amenities you have at home, super fast internet speed of 200 Mbps, Smart TV with Netflix, fully equipped kitchen, spacious and clean bathroom, luxury shower with excellent pressure, as well as nice lighting during the day. The entire studio was recently remodeled so everything is practically new, both furniture and finishes.
Only access stairs are shared and common access to the building which has 6 apartments of which 3 are used as vacation rentals, in case you want to occupy more than one unit.

The Cape center is the nicest part there is as you can walk to restaurants, galleries, cafes, bars, etc. It is safe and always very lively and active. Unlike staying in a hotel, from this location, which is the center, you will be able to enjoy the city and really get to know it because so many tourists visit Cabo.
We recommend getting around Uber and Taxi. From this area you can walk the city, but if you want to go to the beach you can do it from the marina, Playa el Médano is about 10-15 minutes away. Other beaches we can recommend are El Tule, Santa Maria and Chileno.
