Close enough to the action but also great located to have a good rest. Whether you are on vacation or business trip this studio has it all, nice shower, fully equipped kitchen, smart tv, 30 mgbs Internet, safe location, easy access, comfortable bedding and more.

This place is perfectly suited for business trips, alone travelers or couples who want to truly enjoy Cabo. The whole place was just remodeled so everything is brand new, all kitchen appliances, bedding and furniture is new. Completely safe location and place to guarantee the most comfortable stay. Our internet is one the fastest in the area in case you work remotely. We don´t have private parking but there are always spots available close to the building where the studios are.

This Studio is completely private, the only thing that shares is the access to the building which is totally private and secure. There are two more studios in the building but we only use two as vacation rentals.

To access we have an automatic security lockbox where you can find the keys to the house once you confirm your reservation, we will pass the key code to open the lockbox so that you get your keys, it is super easy and safe. so you can arrive when it suits you, in your schedule and without pending by us. Once your reservation has been confirmed, ask us for the code and the photos to facilitate this instruction. Your set of keys should read “Studio 5”

You will be in dowtown area meaning that you can walk to the main touristic area where all the hotels, bars, restaurants and marina are. But right before you get there and closer to our studios there is the historic neighborhood where the plaza is, this is the place we recommend you to walk around, this is more of a walking neighborhood with great restaurants, galerias, shops, coffee and more calm area but basically just a block an a half from the action. So you can choose and have both destinations at a walking distance, as well as very local places and shops.

If you need we may organize transportation to pick you up at the airport. Just let us know in advance. Cabo also has Uber but I am afraid that they can´t pick you at the Airport. If you rent a car there is always parking available close to the building where the studios are.
